Kerrigan quarries produce and supply an extensive range of Ready mix products. Our two computerized batching plants give us a daily production of 800m3.
All our Ready mix products are available for delivery on a daily basis according to our customers’ requirements. Our experienced staff are available to advise the customer on the most suitable product for their particular application.
Our range of Ready mix products include:
- Ready mix concrete available in 10N-60N strength classes with a choice of 20 mm or 10 mm chip.
- Pump mix concrete available in 10N-60N strength classes with a choice of 20 mm or 10 mm chip.
- Fibre re-enforced concrete
- Low Carbon Concrete (using Eco Cement)
- Air entrained Concrete
- Traditional Floor Screed
While Kerrigan Quarries offer a comprehensive range of Ready mix products, we are committed to ensuring all our customer requirements are satisfied. In order to carry out this commitment, we have technical staff available to work with the customer to design a product, which meets their requirements.
Our Ready mix products are delivered on a reliable consistent basis with our fleet of eight ready mix trucks. Our fleet consists of five eight-wheeler trucks and three six-wheeler trucks. Well-trained, experienced drivers operate all our trucks. In order to ensure a reliable delivery service, the preventative maintenance of our modern fleet is carefully managed.
The Quality of all our Ready mix products is monitored on a daily basis in our fully equipped laboratory. Our technician monitors both the Ready-mix product and all materials used in the product’s production. All Kerrigan Quarries Ready mix products comply with IS EN 206-1:2000. In-order to ensure a consistent product for our customer, both our concrete plants undergo external calibration at scheduled intervals.
